Regular exercise especially weight-bearing exercises like walking, running, jogging, and dancing keeps your bones strong and makes you healthy and lively. it is not necessary that you do exercise for 1 hour or 2 hour researches and experts said that only 10 to 20 minutes exercise is enough for the healthy life. Regular exercise also reduces stress level and improves your immune system of the body. now days people are too much busy in their working schedules that they did not get time to have morning walk or physical exercise and most of the people do in door jobs and mostly spend that time on desk or their computers in close rooms so it is necessary that one should take off 10 minutes from their busy timetable for any kind of physical activity to stay fit and healthy.
