Communication is vitally important.Communication is not only important, but without it, human life would be non-existent. We have to be able to communicate on a personal level, both verbally and non-verbally. If there was no non-verbal communication, there would be no human reproduction.The ability and the importance of communication become much more crucial when you are on a mission or need to fulfill a goal. Communication is a necessity as we use it to network, spread ideas, and promote. Communicate effectively through well known mediums and convey it simply and precisely.There are many ways to provide communication from the organization to the people of your community. Whether through a phone, fax, email, letter, website, instant message software, social networking websites (facebook, twitter, myspace) and etc.A web chat is a system that allows users to communicate in real time using easily accessible web interfaces.
This is human nature that we want to communicate with other human beings for different purposes because no one can survive in this world independently of others. Everybody need others most of the time.

This communication is basically of two types which are in the form of messages or voice. Then both of these types of communication have their own importance. But according to human nature we want to listen others voice in order to get completely satisfied. Then another problem comes up that we have to live away from each other due to different reasons but yet we want to talk to each other.

In this global village (world) of internet when ever we want to talk to any body we connect to internet and make call with proper charges of internet. Or second option to interact with any body is to make a phone call on which again we have to pay specific charges.

These limitations affect our voice contact with other people limited even in today’s developed world. To overcome this limitation I have a simple idea which is not being used yet for voice contact.

• Voice chat at LAN network

Nowadays we transmit data using LAN. We simply connect Ethernet cable to both computers among which we want to transmit data. Then we establish IP addresses accordingly so that a network is established and we made the desired data shareable with that computer. Now we can access shared data at a very good transfer rate from remote computer.Today we talk about voice chat functionality at LAN network and as a computer networks student it’s a unique ideas to deploy voice chat functionality at LAN networks and this is latest and best final year project ideas for university level students.

Now what I want is that by using this technique we should be able to communicate with voice via Ethernet cable between two computers without any intervention and with a very reliable and efficient rate.
Here I want a similar connection as established earlier in upper paragraph by setting IP’s of both the computers among which we want to communicate. Then set the connection between two computers. Once connection is established then we should talk to each other using mike and speakers of our computers.

• Free of Cost:

This voice communication is exactly free of cost. Here we just need to buy an Ethernet cable and computers which we already have. Then we will enjoy this voice communication forever free which is impossible in any other way in today’s world.

• Efficient:

This voice communication will be much more efficient than the voice communication over internet because in internet connections we suffer many problems relating to connection speed especially in third world and under developed countries like Pakistan. When we will establish this connection for voice communication then due to very low traffic on the LAN we get very clear and good quality of voice.

• Reliable:

The connection made using this type of network will be reliable because of dedication of the network.

• Multidimensional:

Using this type of communication we can connect more than two computers so the idea of conference call can be achieved by working on this idea.

• Encryption of voice:

We should make some software which will encrypt our voice in the form of bits on senders computer then it will be decrypted on the receivers computer by going through the same software. This will make our data and conversations more safe and secure.

• Dialler Pad:

A dialler pad should be build which will be their in order to provide ease to the users. This dialler pad should use the IP address of the distinct computer being contacted and a siren or bell should ring on the remote computer.

• Rid of typing:

By using this software or technique the users will get rid of typing which is a major problem in communication on texting or chat and consumes more time.

• Easy to understand:

This is obvious that when we talk to some body we are at much better condition to make them understand our point while on chat this Is very difficult job to make others understand our point.
